To bring an institutional investment lens to middle-market opportunities in the high-growth markets we know best.
We founded Person Street in 2025 after years investing at Apollo Global Management and The Amherst Group. Between us, the partners have executed on over $44 billion of real estate transactions at our predecessor firms.
We saw that middle-market transactions in high-growth Carolinas markets presented opportunities for outsized returns when intense focus and hands-on execution were applied.
We source opportunities through relationships built over years in our markets, and stay hands-on from diligence through operations. We believe in doing business the right way — as honest counterparties and active members of the communities where we invest.
